The Xvive Audio LV1 is a lavalier microphone featuring a locking 3.5mm connector for Xvive Audio bodypack transmitters. Designed to capture speech it is ideal for presentations, interviews, podcasts, vlogs, and film/video applications. The mic handles SPL levels up to 120 dB without distorting. The omnidirectional polar pattern picks up sound from 360° around the capsule, helping to deliver consistent levels, even when the talent turns away from the capsule.
The omnidirectional microphone is designed to pick up sound equally from all directions. Unlike directional microphones such as cardioid or supercardioid, the omnidirectional microphone has no directional bias, which means it is equally sensitive to sound coming from the front, side, and rear.

For me, the microphone functions as the car's speakerphone. It is extremely problematic that I have to speak loudly with every microphone because of the significant background noise, but this microphone is also only better than average (but perhaps the most usable so far). Perhaps it suits its original purpose (podcast, performance, etc.) better. I'll still test it, and if it works, it will get another star).
