I was initially pleased with the highly competitive price quoted and so, placed an order. Only after this did I noticed the high delivery cost. This made the price less competitive than with other alternative sources. Having said that, the flags are a good quality and they were delivered on time. So these were the main redeeming features that earned the rating.
