Electric guitar with T-style body shape from 1955 Custom Collection series that features a hard to find exotic striped ebony top. Each guitar is unique, all with a rich depth of pattern. Its real flame maple binding and unique pickup configuration with hot rodded electronics make it that special axe you have been seeking. The body of the instrument is made of swamp ash, while the bolt-on, modern “C”-shaped neck is made of maple. The neck features a dual action truss rod and is fitted with a compound-radius (10.5”-16”) rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets and dot inlays. Scale length is 647.7 mm, nut width is 43 mm. The guitar is equipped with the Rockfield Mini Humbucker pickup in the neck position and the Rockfield SWC Humbucker pickup in the bridge series. Sound can be adjusted via Master Volume and Master Tone controls with push/pull coil taps, and a 3-way blade switch. Other features include a MK 6-inline headstock, standard bone string nut, a T-style bridge, die cast machine heads, chrome hardware and D’Addario EXL110 string (.010-.046 gauges).
