Martin 000-16GT

Acoustic guitar from 16 series that features the 000-14 Fret/Auditorium body shape, a smaller body version of the D-16GT, and incorporates modern guitar specifications with the famous Martin quality and sound. The solid mahogany back and sides complement the solid Sitka spruce top finished in a polished gloss. The smaller auditorium body size, full scale length, and modified low oval neck make it a very comfortable guitar to play, particularly for smaller hands. The body also features a Sitka spruce scalloped X-bracing, black binding and a bold herringbone rosette with multi-stripe pattern. The neck is made of select hardwood and features a simple dovetail joint construction, standard taper and a solid headstock with square taper and East Indian rosewood headplate. The fingerboard is made of FSC Certified Richlite material and features 20 frets plus white Corian nut fret and mother-of-pearl Style 28 inlays. Scale length is 645 mm, nut width is 42.9 mm. The guitar also features a one-style belly bridge made of FSC Certified Richlite with compensated white tusq saddles, chrome enclosed gear machine heads with small knobs and a faux tortoise pickguard. This model includes sustainable wood certified parts. Natural colour design.
