The Emily Wolfe “White Wolfe” Sheraton is equipped with an Indian laurel fretboard with 22 medium jumbo frets and mother of pearl block inlays with abalone lightning bolts. The headstock has a mother of pearl tree of life inlay on the front, Emily Wolfe's logo and a white gloss Emily Wolfe signature on the rear, and is outfitted with Grover Rotomatic tuning machines and a Graph Tech nut. An Epiphone LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and Stop Bar tailpiece hold down the other end of the strings and contribute to the impressive sustain of the instrument. The electronics include full-sized Epiphone Alnico Classic PRO humbucker pickups paired with CTS potentiometers for smooth control over individual pickup volume and overall tone. It’s finished in Aged Bone White paired with lightly aged gold hardware. An EpiLite case is included.
The glossy finish gives any surface an elegant and luxurious look. This type of finish is achieved by applying several layers of lacquer or resin, which are then polished to a high gloss. This provides a smooth, reflective finish, enhancing color and structure of substrate. The glossy finish not only improves aesthetics, but also protects against dust, moisture and minor scratches.
A hollow body guitar is an electric guitar with a hollow body that contains resonating cavities. It has a warm and rich sound, often used in jazz, blues and rock. The body of a guitar usually contains F-holes, which contribute to its acoustic properties. Hollow body guitars have a more natural, less distorted tone than solid body guitars, but are more prone to feedback at higher volumes.
The humbucker-humbucker configuration means that the guitar is equipped with two humbucker pickups. It offers a powerful, full sound with high output and low noise, ideal for rock and metal.
The guitar features a mahogany neck for excellent strength and stability. Mahogany is known for its great resonance, contributing to a warm, rich tone with a distinctive mid-range.
Laminated maple provides a bright and resonant tone with excellent response and sustain. The layered construction adds strength and stability, reducing susceptibility to cracking or warping. The laminated maple body maintains clear highs and punchy tone, making it ideal for musical styles that require a precise and articulate response.
Laurel is a medium hard wood with a warm brown tone and fine texture. It provides a well-balanced tone with a softer response, contributing to a comfortable playing experience. The Laurel fingerboard is an affordable alternative to more expensive woods, while offering good stability and a pleasing appearance.
