I put the ear pads on the slightly different ATH-G1WL headphones, they should be compatible. However, the earcups are too shallow, the earlobes touch the headphones (I don't have big ears). They are also much smaller than the original ones (probably intended for other headphones). In addition, they are airtight, when you press the earphones from the side, you can feel the pressure change, the air has nowhere to escape, which neither the original nor other replacement earbuds do.
